{"id":1075,"date":"2016-01-15T11:04:47","date_gmt":"2016-01-15T18:04:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dimitrakarakou.gr\/digitalmedia\/?p=1075"},"modified":"2022-09-16T01:42:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T08:42:36","slug":"happy-greekdinner-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dimitrakarakou.gr\/digitalmedia\/happy-greekdinner-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy #GreekDinner people"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Time flies and the 3rd #GreekDinner is a fact, a great opportunity to celebrate the best of Greek culture, heritage, cuisine, arts, and business in all corners of the world, as <a href=\"http:\/\/9musesnews.com\/2015\/12\/29\/3rd-greekdinner-around-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\">Keri Douglas mentioned.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meet nice, interested people around the world, share ideas, plans, thoughts &amp; of course nice Greek recipes \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mosaic desert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Easy, delicious Greek dessert.(especially for those who love chocolate)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixture 1 <\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 200 g. black chocolate<br \/>\n\u2022 150 g. fresh cream 35% fat<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixture 2<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 250 g. butter (outside of frieze)<br \/>\n\u2022 100 g. powdered sugar<br \/>\n\u2022 5 tb.sp cognac<br \/>\n\u2022 50 g. cocoa<br \/>\n\u2022 275 g. petit-beurre biscuits lightly crushed<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dimitrakarakou.gr\/digitalmedia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/moscaic.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1076\" src=\"http:\/\/dimitrakarakou.gr\/digitalmedia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/moscaic.jpg\" alt=\"moscaic\" width=\"196\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Start with the mixture 1 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In a bowl, put the chocolate broken into small pieces and add the fresh cream.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cover with a film and put it in the microwave for 1 minute at 700 watts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mix the cream with chocolate until a good thick chocolate cream will be created.<br \/>\n\u2022 Leave it for about 10-30 minutes (This mixture must not be hot as it will melt the butter).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixture 2 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In the bow add the icing sugar, cocoa, and butter. Mix them well with a mixer.<br \/>\n\u2022 Add the mixture 1 to the bow<br \/>\n\u2022 Break the cookies in the middle (without mincing them).<br \/>\n\u2022 Add them to the bowl.<br \/>\n\u2022 Put the final mixture into a baking sheet.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wrap it; Create a shape like candy.<br \/>\n\u2022 Put in the freezer for -at least- 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enjoy! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mine is already on the frieze \u263a<\/p>\n<p>Happy #GreekDinner people<\/p>\n<p>P.S: Please let me know&#8230; what do you think?
