Tried your recipe, and it was superb! I recall my Mother used apple, which is what I did since I didnt have raisins. I like the leek and celery, makes it flavorful! thanks so much!

I love raisins.. I also use them in stuffed tomatoes.
It would be very tasty with apple I am sure , I will try this one day.
Not very fond of apples but I love apple pies.. 🙂
