Very nice piece, Maria. I worked as a freelance journalist for years and I know how much discipline & self-belief is required to keep doing this, especially in a very competitive industry. Much harder than anyone thinks. But at least you can work all day in your slippers… and pyjamas, too.
By the way, your website is very slick and eye-catching.
    Good luck with everything.
    Regards,
    Marjory

    Maria,
    You are amazing!
Being a freelancer and looking for the next assignment is a tough full-time job!
    You handle it all brilliantly.

Your video and social media skills are excellent! I can just imagine how much everyone enjoys and appreciates working with you since you are so talented and professional.

    Wishing you lots of success!
    Keri

Maria, thank you for sharing this post with me. I miss a lot when absent, so always feel free to personally contact me.
I am happy I had a chance to know you better as a person who deals with life during a very difficult time in Greece. Having my girls there, I know how trying life is. You have a great degree and one of these days something could very well come up. Loving what you do, and giving all your heart to it allows the universe to do miracles. Not being tied down in an office work gives you the opportunity for short of long getaways, which nourish the body and the spirit, while waiting in standstills. My childhood friend goes to Folegandros almost every year and I love it as I see it through her. Hopefully, one day, I too will go.

It’s wonderful connecting. My time is very limited because of family responsibilities and my book…but also because of my limitations with social media and technical stuff, I lose lots of time, not being effective enough.

If I can help in any way, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Blessings, Love, and Light,

    Dear Maria,

Thanks for this post about what you do. I have to admit that I was curious, knowing about your interest in the Pathenon and also learning that you are a computer software engineer. It is great that you can also work from some beautiful places.

I absolutely admire your spirit and discipline, and I’m glad we are connected via social media.

Yes, it is very time consuming! Freelancing keeps me more busy than I could have ever imagined. When you are not prepared for this, it can be pretty challenging. I hope to chat with you soon when we both finish our projects! Να μου πεις τα κάλαντα!!! Φιλάκια..
