It is 29 May 2017, I am going to the round table #rpTHE at ApoDec design studio. The network of this digital society is coming out to my country, in Thessaloniki to be exact.
We will come together at #rpTHE as re:publica wants to expand the vision of a digital Europe, it thinks a step further, and focus on the current challenges through discussing the digital economy in Greece and its neighboring countries. It wants also to offer emerging projects a platform to initiate cross-border partnerships. Artists, developers, activists, and founders will exchange ideas to create/shape the Europe we want.
I believed that I wouldn’t manage to go there because the OSE Train decided, at the last minute, to make a strike. I had booked my ticket in advance because I had to make it a one-day trip, I have to be in Athens on Tuesday morning. I don’t want to miss this round table… Let’s take the bus.

I have time to walk around Aristotelous square before the round table #rpTHE stars. Thessaloniki is a beautiful city.
